Hi. I agree. Maecenas seems to be a bit isolated and this would bring it "closer".
Do you know if any work is being done to make the golf course playable?
Sales ploy. There are some very mixed messages coming out of one agent. Can't remember their name, but i did approach them after they ran a campaign on TikTok. In my opinion their description of Macenas and their role was very misleading.
I have spoken to Macenas in an unrelated discussion and the Golf Course was a very long way from being viable as far as I could make out. The Macenas complex is struggling to get any traction.
