Hi everyone; does anyone know if there is a problem with Next Communications? They are my internet provider but my service has been down for over a month.

Next seem to have challenges - have you contacted / spoken with them?
If you are minded to change, I will recommend Digimobil who do a 1 Gb/s Fibre optic connection for 30€ per month.
EDIT: if you are in the DigiPlus zone, where they are laying their own network, it’s 25€ a month for 1 Gb/s and 30€ a month for a 10 Gb/s connection!!
Digi have a dedicated English language line
we gave up on Next as they were always going off and have been taken over I believe anyway. The office in Turre was full of complaining clients when we went to cancel our contract with them. If you can get fibre optic connection instead we recommend it as it has been perfect for us we used Acacia who have a office opposite Lopez on the playa where she speaks english and it costs us €25 a month.

Go to their office in Turre and see them. They will let you know if there is a problem or you can ring them and speak to someone in English. They are now Next Populoos.
We are with Virgin. They installed within 24 hours, absolutely lightening speed, never any drop out. Plus they threw in mobile. That too with a faultless signal. Fabulous support. Our deal comes to 35 a month.

Mine is the same I am cancelling my contract I have people renting and I have had to take significant deduction due to no WiFi. It’s absolutely ridiculous they won’t send someone out even if I pay
Hi, I have used Next Vacciones Package with free TV for about 7 years without any (touch wood) major problem.
Thay were bought out by Populoos and the website is now micuenta.ahimas.es
When they swiched I had a problem but I rang and they sorted it - english speaking staff based in Denia - I think the number was the same as the old Next number +34 950 479 369
Just a thought - if you use the Vacciones package is it swiched on, you can check on the website.

I will put my penny....or cents..... worth in! We gave up on 'minus' net, and went with Acacio a few years ago, they are brilliant and English speaking staff in Mojacar.
