Good day Lowie, the costs, including the obligatory driving lessons, I had 4 in total just to familiarise my self with the potential test routes, was about Euro 600. That also included the necessary ‘medical’ and eye test. Good luck.

Driving License - exchanging a british one for a spanish one without having to sit a test is of vital importance.

It was my understanding that the EU commissioners are proposed by the Council off the European Union and are not elected by the people in the true sense of the word.
