UK license update

Gov.uk website has just been updated and driving on a UK license for those resident in Spain before 31st Dec 2020 has now been extended till 31st Dec 2021(3 month extension). Negotiations are still happening with regards allowing exchanges without a test but who knows what the outcome will be.
