Hiring a scooter

Sorry i cant answer your question but do you have to have a licence&take a test to drive one as im thinking it may be an alternative to a car when i relocate as apparantly i would have to take driving lessons&a test to drive a car which has put me off a bit😁

I don't know really, I assume if your driving license allows you to, it should be OK.

I think i would buy a bicycle tjat can also turn electric then i can cycle and use it electrically. 😁

Something I have been meaning to find out about - does the car licence in Spain cover motorbikes like it did in the UK? I had the impression that the Spanish car licence is more restrictive in classes of vehicles that can be driven than the UK version but we need someone with a current car licence to know - it should be on the back of the licence?
