Below is a screenshot from the Spanish embassy, London visa FAQs. It simply says at the bottom that the new rules are yet to be negotiated.
There is however an existing process for third country nationals, and without any additional agreements, this would be the default situation. If you have a look at the Spanish embassy for somewhere such as USA or Canada you could see the requirement under the existing framework. There is a long stay visa called the non lucrative visa.
Thanks f

If you are a resident you can stay as long as you like. If you are a visitor it’s a maximum of 90 days. The U.K. left the EU on 31.1.20. Brexit happened. You will find lots of information about this on the U.K.Embassy website in Spain, also on the Citizens’ Advice Bureau FB site.
The Non Lucrative Visa is not a route to being able to stay for five months. It’s for third country nationals that are seeking residence here and are wealthy.

As Chrisso says, there is no Visa class that allows a holiday stay of 5 months. As of 1/1/21, you are restricted to Schengen zone rules which is 90 days in any 180 day rolling period, or apply to migrate. A Non Lucrative Visa is a path to migration and requires a very healthy financial a situation to prove you have the finances to support you for the time you are here.
HERE is a link to a post that outlines the Visa classes available and their requirements.
