I am with Next tv service.

Our agent in Mojacar tells us Next has sold to GTI. They gave us  number to ring

0044900696066. The response is " you are restricted from this service. Please call customer care", but no phone number or e.mail given.

Anyone have same issue? How do I fix?

Appears to be issues starting to surface with this now from what I see / hear.

Fir TV, the only thing I could recommend is to contact a guy called Duggy (I think the company is Firestick Solutions) on this forum who will provide a bloody awesome British TV service at a fraction of the cost of Next / GTI / D-Match etc etc

I was with Next and you say the sold the television rights to GTI. I have had a couple problems since and don't think they have engineers as such they talk you through it as to how to solve the problem, great if you are technically minded. The telephone number is 900 696 066, good luck.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has been able to contact GTI following change from NEXT. We did in March and were able to access our TV, tried again in the last couple of weeks, no response from emails, and cannot get through on the phone. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jan, thanks for your response. That is the number I am ringing for TV, but I am getting a strange ring tone like it is going through to an old fax machine. I am ringing from Ireland, so putting prefix 0034.

I have emailed again this morning, so fingers crossed someone will get back to me.
