I do my UK personal tax return on line. As a non-resident you have to spend about £20 on specific software to help you do it as the HMRC proprietary software doesn't cover this. I use a company called ABC, and it walks you through the tax return very easily. https://abcsa.co.uk/pages/non-resident-returns-made-easy.
I also continue to file my UK company accounts and submit monthly HMRC payroll data and quarterly VAT returns online. Being overseas has no impact. If your affairs are complicated and you have used a UK based advisor in the past, then you should still be able to do that. I would keep local advice for your Spanish forms.
