I have a UK reg land rover Freelander I  2003. It has been sitting on my land since I drove it over pre pandemic.All in good working order,but no mot.Need to dispose of it,sadly.Land being sold.

I would suggest you have two options, neither of which is straightforward because you have the problem of no MOT.

A person buying and keeping it here would have to get it matriculated and as they will not have owned if for 12 months or more, have to pay import tax. However you can apply, get temporary plates so that you can drive it and not pay import tax.

The other option is to sell or you take it back to the UK, I am not sure if the vehicle will have to be transported to the ferry port or you can get dispensation to drive it there. You can drive it once in the UK if you have booked the MOT and are driving it there.

Have Spanish licence,so cannot drive anywhere.

Best option is to scrap,sadly as it is a good runner,and much spent on upkeep
