Car tax

They’re not complicated.  Car gets taxed at new Ayuntamiento, based on your Padrón - car tax here goes to local authority, not national. (Remember though to register new address with DGT - they can fine you if you don’t)

Car registered at address I no longer live at,as with drive licence.Forced to move out,as only temporary due to Covid situation

Will the car tax bill go to that address,and when do you need to pay for this year.

Do you need the bill before payment,or can I [probably not as too easy] go to the Town hall in area I left and pay there.

Cannot re register vehicle here in Almeria,as I am living off grid with no padron possible.No address that can be used to obtain.

Unless you’re living in a camper van on wild land, (which is illegal anyway) you should be able to get a Padrón.  Any land on which a property is built should be registered with the Ayuntamiento.  This is because you are required by law to have a physical address by both CNP and DGT

It is rural land that I have owned for some time, but only really usable for a few weeks comfortably due to water management .I have a static motorhome that is not serviceable on road,so using till I can find something more affordable.. just want to tax my car so as to take a trip to UK for a while.Last 2 years a nightmare like many I guess

You’re going to run foul of Spanish bureaucracy there I think … they are going to insist the car is taxed in the municipality in which you live …
