Hi. All being well I will be driving from Los Gallardos to Santander at the end of August. I have planned a route from Murcia A30, A31,A3, M50, A1, I will stop in Burgos for an overnight stay & then continue to Santander. I want to stop about every 2-3 hours because I have a dog. Can anyone who has maybe covered this journey give me suitable places on the way where I can stop for half an hour before continuing?

Hi there are many 'services' on the route and many picnic spots and unlike the UK free parking,
the situation with robberies seems to have dropped off however as a solo woman it would be better for you to stop at the service stations
