Hi
We are looking to buy in the next 12 months (holiday home) as a non resident. Looking at the typical costs of owning a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property as follows:
Non Resident tax depending on the catastral value 1% or 2% looking at a value to buy of 160 k euros
Building/contents insurance
life insurance for one person
Council tax/Bins
Utilities - Electric, water
Appreciate if i have missed anything and roughly how much would be required monthly to cover these costs.
