Hi, my wife used to go to yoga classes at Girasol in Albox but they stopped doing them a while ago.
Are there any other yoga classes in the area between Albox to Huercal Overa? Just yoga and not the meditation ones.

Hi, I run sit and be fit classes at Girasol every Monday 11-12.00. Its run to music and aimed at people to improve fitness, confidence, balance, co-ordination and its fun. You work at your own level. I am a qualified personal trainer with over 10 years experience, currently I have room for 1 or 2 additional members. Contact Claire at Girasol if interested. Cheers Dave

Es gibt in Arboleas eine Dame mit Namen Liz ausgezeichnete Yoga, ihr muesst nach dem Namen und Wohnung fragen, sie lebt ein bisschen auserhalb, bitte fragen!!!

Have a look at H2O in huercal overa. They used to do pilates and yogalates classes
