Hi, I had the same problem with my La Caixa mobile app, My phone got blocked and so I went our bank in Huercal-Overa and our account manager unblocked it. He noticed that I had deleted one of the two La Caixa apps that were installed on my phone and said that was the problem, as every 3 months I have to validate my account as per E-U legislation by logging in to the second app (the one I deleted). He re-installed the missing app, Problem solved.
Problem solved.

...ds increased information required by the EU.However it wont let us tick the box.We went into Caixa bank Vera this morning and the lady said it should be ok now and she said it hadnt been blocked.We came back to our cortijo and it still says the same thing and wont let us access it.It used to be so easy,but there is not much point in having an account with them if we cant use it.Can anyone help please.Thank you,Diane.
Hi, we have a caixa account and on a few occasions we had the same problem, it took a few visits to the caixa bank to solve the problem, we live in Spain and its a hassle if you live in the uk its more difficult to see them in person, if your still in Spain go and see them again and if you have a laptop you can check account access while you there,

I was quite happy with Bankia, but when Caixa took over the nightmares began. As soon as one problem was resolved another appeared. Finally I moved to Cajamar where I am again quite happy

We are still trying to unblock our Caixa online banking account and getting nowhere.We have been to Vera bank 3 times last week and they said they dont know how to do it.Went into Huercal Overa branch today and they said we must do it on phone.We tried but it didnt work.Its really ridiculous,we have banked with them for 20 0dd years,supplied them with all the paperwork(again) to comply with EU regulations and still we cant get online.We tried Caixa Sign app but it keeps shutting itself off.None of the staff seem to know what to do,they really are useless.We emailed their head office but they cant be bothered to reply.We are going home in just over 1 week and would like to be able to access our account online in UK. as we have always done,but this doesnt seem to be possible.It seems they only want you to use mobilephones,not Internet banking.When we return in a couple of months we will have to change banks,preferably one who knows what they are doing.Update.After 3 weeks of struggling,we are now online again.Saw Andres in Huercal Overa bank,who sorted it out for us.What a hero.Why the Vera branch(our main branch) couldnt do it ,goodness knows.
