We are still trying to unblock our Caixa online banking account and getting nowhere.We have been to Vera bank 3 times last week and they said they dont know how to do it.Went into Huercal Overa branch today and they said we must do it on phone.We tried but it didnt work.Its really ridiculous,we have banked with them for 20 0dd years,supplied them with all the paperwork(again) to comply with EU regulations and still we cant get online.We tried Caixa Sign app but it keeps shutting itself off.None of the staff seem to know what to do,they really are useless.We emailed their head office but they cant be bothered to reply.We are going home in just over 1 week and would like to be able to access our account online in UK. as we have always done,but this doesnt seem to be possible.It seems they only want you to use mobilephones,not Internet banking.When we return in a couple of months we will have to change banks,preferably one who knows what they are doing.Update.After 3 weeks of struggling,we are now online again.Saw Andres in Huercal Overa bank,who sorted it out for us.What a hero.Why the Vera branch(our main branch) couldnt do it ,goodness knows.
