Hi community. Is it normal to pay property purchase tax into lawyers account? Along with boat art and land registry fees and IBI?
why would Notary not be paid directly?
where do the property purchase taxes go to?

Hi yes it's normal they are the one's who sort everything out prior to notary. The notary only makes sure all the necessary paperwork and deeds are in place before signing
