Apple doesn’t need antivirus - iOS only runs on iPhone and whilst there have been some exploits published, they all rely on a person physically gaining access to your phone. There is no virus that can be triggered by receiving a message with a malicious attachment. The last attempt was freezing the phone when opening a message containing a series of i think it was Indian characters - Apple fixed that quickly.
Whilst not completely bug-free, Apple is immune to remote attacks, by message or email with malicious attachment. The Apple kernel simply won’t execute them.
