Fibre internet el pinar

Hi
whilst in Bedar last year I noticed multiple notices advertising fibre internet coming to Bedar.
Can anyone tell me this has or is happening? Additionally does anyone know whether it will go to el Pinar? Again last year the telecoms people were doing some work up in el Pinar.
