Think this is a sector open to interpretation. Estate agents and others make quite ludicrous claims unless of course you have a jump jet. Would always advise you come out for 4-6 weeks, base yourself near the coast, or indeed at the coast, and take it from THERE.

Happy New Year, Might I suggest you look at the www of Spanish Property Choice who cover much of this area. If you state your needs then you'll have some idea. We purchased our apartment through them. Guess you would have Turre, Vera, Antas and that's just a few. Still lotsbof properties, in.fact a glut due tobtime of year, Brits leaving,etc. One villa nearbour cottage inland cost 485,000€ new, went for 130,000€ via Voss Homes. ARBOLEAS AND ALBOX are more like 45-60min from coast.
