are properties in Los Higuerlares built on urban land or are they legalised by an AFO. why are there so many properties in Arboleas for sale at the moment?
We want an insight into this before passing to our Spanish Lawer,, before we start to look.

Check with the Ayunatmiento in Arboleas. They will have the information on legal, non- legal and those pending legalisation.

no matter what , if you buy a rural property it by law must have an AFO which includes a septic tank it can cost you if it has not got this when you sell and can be expensive as we found out
