Hi there, we are both residents in Spain, and have been since we first moved here 3 yrs ago. This wasn't the issue. Unfortunately when someone posts something it trails off point.
My point is mentioned in my first post, which was just to inform potential first time renters of possible hurdles regarding payment of utilities.
Incidently, we only got electricity back after 11 days without it! And only because our estate agent had to change from Endessa to another company. Endessa in my experience have been an absolute nightmare.
