Hi, has anyone that has recently driven through France to Spain had to fill out any forms?

I drove from the channel ports to Velez Rubio in October shortly before the new state of alarm came in. At that point no forms were needed. My understanding is that now you need to carry a document when driving through France that attests that you are transiting the country, since they are in lockdown and there are only certain specified reasons not to be locked indoors. On the plus side, as things stand, the latest PCR requirement does not apply to anyone driving from France into Spain.
