Tendency contract should be sufficient for Padrón - you can’t get Residencia until you have Padrón anyway

Sharon, I’m presuming you’re still in Ireland. If so, you can make an appointment for NIE number at the Spanish embassy in Dublin. You can do this online and you’ll be advised what documents to bring. An Irish utility bill will suffice. You will need to bring your mobile phone too. The process costs around €8.00.

Sharon … what utility bill? I have taken 3 different Padrons now, never once have I needed to present a utility bill to be registered on the padrón.
