Hi

Looking to move to the Almeria area some time in the future with my wife who has an Irish Passport so is a EU citizen .

I have a UK passport so not a EU citizen .

Will i be able to gain employment and if so what will i need to do if anything ?

You are in a fortunate position.  As an EU citizen your wife can register immediately for Residencia, at which point you can apply as partner / family member of an EU Citizen; once that’s granted, you’ll have full work and residency rights.
