Can anyone advise me on the best way to get the nota simpla stamp on my escetura. I understand you need a surveyor to map out land and property to date. House is twenty years old with mains electric and water. I having paying IBI for the last four years.
We went to the town hall and they gave us the correct piece of paper (nota Simpla)
