Moving homes in Spain

Hi everyone I’m glad to be part of this Forum. I already live in Spain in the Cordoba province. We have lived here for nearly 6 years. We are looking to move to the Almeria province hopefully this year . We need a villa all on one level The trouble is I have forgotten the ‘extras’ that you have to pay when you buy and even if I hadn’t forgotten, things might be different now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Julie
