How to I get a licence to rent out my villa

Can anyone help me find an agent who can help me get the necessary licences for the rental of my Albox villa. I am told you need to register but do not know how to do this.
Not sure whether to get my lawyer involved or whether it is a DIY job.
Has anyone done this recently?
