Times of weekly digest emails

We love the forum with all the questions and answers easily available. But would just like to ask why the time of the weekly digest email comes at 03.30am, it came last night and woke us both up (came via the mobile phone). We don't want to turn off these emails but would just prefer them to come during the day. How can we fix this.
