Hi Out There!

I'm a female artist, currently living in Mallorca (sold my house) and looking for a room to rent in a nice house/apartment from mid February, which should include use of the kitchen and bathroom, occasional use of a washing machine, etc., and wifi. I'm a non smoker, reasonably easy going and have the usual/unusual virtues of being neat, clean and tidy, etc., and I expect to be absent most of the time property hunting, which you might find perfect. I do not have to be located in Albox especially, so if you have a comfortable room at a reasonable rate during this period anywhere in Almeria, please do not hesitate to reply. Marina.

I have a house in Velez-Rubio, its 25 miles from Albox, its 3 miles from the village. Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a pool etc. You would have your own room and bath or shower room use of big kitchen and wi-fi.

I am a retired fitness instructor, but still run classes in Albox.

Hello,

I do have a second bedroom, one kitchen and one batroom and a good base to work from near the sea. It is quiet with sea, farm and Mojacar views, most of the time, though the barking dogs ruin it occasionally. It is a 20 - 25 min easy drive to Albox.

Good internet access and parking and shops and bars etc are all a short walk away. Not looking for big rent and it would be good to have interesting company. I used to run a small scale AirBnB venture when it first started and a small arts gallery.

Send me a personal message and I can arrange photos if you need them and we can discuss a low rent as well as you being happy about who I am etc?

Check out Shepherds rest in Oria, they have small rental apartments on the edge of the village, lovely community and easy to reach the different areas around here
