Doctors

usually you are asigned a dr from the health services for your area.  

I am looking  for a English speaker  doctors to register  with I am just off route 471 on a7 near Nijar

Without wishing to be disrespectful, you may find it much easier to find a good medical translator you can utilize until you learn sufficient Spanish to serve you in the trips to the Doctor.

I say this because whilst there is a requirement to have completed B1 English by the time they finish university, there is no requirement to keep it up.  You may well be lucky and find a Doctor in the health district you come under that speaks some English, and be lucky enough to be assigned to him / her - but you cannot guarantee that that Doctor will remain as your Doctor as they balance patient loads or indeed even remains at that Health Centre.

Finding an English speaking Doctor is a short-term solution at best; if you speak no Spanish, then a medical translator will serve you much better.
