Don’t know about flying lessons, but there is a place in vera where private (small) aircrafts use; I know because I live close by. Perhaps if you use Google it might help. I know they give tours from the air, so worth checking out. Hope this helps, if not, PM me, and I’ll find out from friends who have been there recently
