Got to thinking that as we eventually want to buy our own property to renovate what better way to get “boots on the ground” would be to offer our services to someone who is currently renovating their own property. Our idea ( married couple) is to be able to live in our camper on your project and pitch in for half a day 6 days a week for 3 months painting decoration Electrical work ( qualified Sparky) joinery plumbing minor building work. At no cost to the property owner. Somply plan out 3 months work, provide  Materials and we crack on.It maybe that your project stalls while the 90 day rule kicks in so we could do the opposite shift, this would advance your renovation while back in the UK and also caretake your future home so nothing untoward happens. Our motive for this is to be able to spend  time looking for our own property to buy and to get out of the daily grind at home. Is this a new concept or do people do this sort of thing? Any interest let me know. Cheers Al

good idea and good luck finding a fellow Brit in the same position but beware the Qualified Sparky as the Spanish rules for electrical work are it must be done by a qualified Spanish electrician I believe so beware DIY even if fully qualified in UK.
