You can try, but I would expect not. 

Renegotiating a deal you've signed? Are you a member of the present UK government? 

Regretfully, renego a deal you've signed is technically a breach of contract, and afaik in Spain and most other countries, the seller can walk away with your deposit. If you should try, suggest you approach it on a hypothetical basis first, in order not to 'f' up your future in Spain. Let's know what happens please, if you try. 

depending on your reasons of course if you have found something which makes you feel that the price is wrong then you could try to get your deposit back but if the seller holds it that could be difficult to do.  Your solicitor should advise you if there is a problem.

You will need a good reason to do so this stage.  Speak to your solicitor.

If you’re renegotiating the price upwards, you have a chance. Otherwise you can sing Dixie. Best of luck.
