Advice on agents and buying

Good Afternoon,

We bought our property from Spanish Property Choice Sept 2019 and completed early 2020 during the Pandemic.

It just happened that when we went to view properties they were filming Sun Sea Selling Houses We were on Season 4 Episode 2. The family are genuine they are the same on screen and in the flesh. No stone unturned warts and all, They gave us a selection of Spanish Lawyers we used Jose from Delatorre Solicitors the man is amazing .

We can only speak what service we had and that was 5 star plus.

we used them to purchase in Mojacar after having an illegal villa in Arboleas sold to us by Go Go Estates as legal and the two solicitors we used were both useless.

Sean was really helpful and they found us a really honest and good solicitor.  Just as you see on the tele they go the extra mile. 

Just bought a property from them in Los Gallardos - really helpful and totally professional throughout - worked with Emma and Robert who were both brilliant.  Recommended Angela Morales as the conveyancing solicitor who was also very impressive.

This was my second attempt at buying a property in Los Gallardos.  The first attempt (on a property which was not on the books of Spanish Property Choice so nothing to do with them) failed because the Spanish Tax Authorities froze the seller's assets until outstanding tax bills had been paid.  This property was immediately relisted so if anyone is considering buying a villa in Huerta Nueva then I am happy to discuss privately so as to potentially avoid wasting their time (like I did)

We used the Mojacar office of SPC in 2018 and eventually purchased through them.  Very good service from them and I would recommend. They even opened up the office to show us some properties on a Sunday as we were short of time for viewing.
