Hi it might be worth sending Bancopular an enquiry they show 2 appartments they may have just pictured a different one to yours

I have out that it block capitals as it should be a rule in the constitution.
2. Once you have employed the services of an independent solicitor, ask them to contact the bank selling the properties, he will, if the building is legal, be able to get a Nota Simpla. That will be prof there is no debt on the building.
3. Please please seek professional advice.

Absolutely agree with this - NEVER use the agent lawyers and if posssible, avoid using agents as well - they ALL lie and decieve - I have lost a total of 15 properties because of incompetent agents - I just lost one this morning because an estate agent omitted to tell me about another buyer they were courting - Consumate liars - all of them.
