Good Morning

I am going to ask the million dollar and hopefully someone can answer a few queries or can contact me directly and help.

I am a Uk citizen with Spanish resedencia (TIE etc) and wish to move to the mainland and after much research Albox area ,seems to be what we are looking for.

I have a couple of questions that someone may well be able to answer as there are so many conflicting stories . (Bob down the pub has a lot to answer for).

1. Illegal Properties . How can you tell before getting solicitors involved if the property is legal?

2. Are there any problems with planning get Solar Panels installed?

I know some of this has been asked before but all seem to be old threads.

1. Just assume every building in and near Albox is an illegal build and you're probably right. Employ a solicitor (not a conveyance officer) to act solely for you and you should be OK.

2. You will need planning permission for the installation of solar panels.

Take into account what Bob down the pub is saying too. He has the local knowledge and will advise free of charge provided he has an audience (even of one).

for knowledge on illegal properties it is good to start at the townhalls as they have knowledge of most of the illegal housing now.  not all solicitors pass that information on to their clients.
