Best climate.

We lived in Arboleas for 15 years and it does get cold in the winter we had a pellet burner but the villa wasn't very insulated so didn't keep warm.  We now live in Mojacar where it's warmer and we only have air condition heating but the heat stays in our flat.  We found Albox to be cold too.  The further inland you go the cooler it gets in the winter with snow on the higher areas.

Another that thinks its summer all year...for that try the canary islands!!

I must admit to a wry smile seeing you mention Albox and “not cold in winter” in the same sentence :-)

No matter where you go in Spain, you’re still a way above the equator, so you’re going to get colder months in the winter. Thankfully, not many.  Today is 15 December and it was warm enough during the day and in the usually present sunshine to be comfortable in short sleeves here in Vera;  the nights are cooler and you need to dress appropriately ... but they are not freezing.  You don’t get that mind-numbing bone-chilling cold that is generally a feature of U.K. winters.  The true “winter” months are blissfully short as well - December, January, February the coldest months, either side of that down on the coast, while not beautifully warm, is still comfortable.  As others have said, the further inland you go, the colder it gets, with snow on the peaks

Thank you  for your  reply you appear to be very indifferent I  do have  a a degree in Geography  we simply we're  asking about areas from residents 

if they are angry like you we'll try AUSTRAILIA !

I must admit, I would wish you well with Australia should you decide to try that - if you do, Queensland is temperate all year round, with Cairns in Far North Queensland being sub-tropical. South Australia is bloody freezing in Winter, as is Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales.  Western Australia is the size of a small continent in itself, but Perth in Winter is bloody cold.

You also have to contend with a plethora of the worlds most venomous nasties, especially up in Far North Queensland.

You’ll also find Spain far FAR easier to get into - even with Brexit - than Australia.

Given the allusion to a Geographic qualification and my saying that we were a way above the equator, I thought the response was aimed at me and merely tried to help.

Las islas canarias was a simple suggestion...some people are far too sensitive! Anyway,good luck with whatever.time to light the log burner!
