Just checking out a few things…
I am a Resendency holder and I have 2 vaccines for Covid that was giving to me
in Spain. My Booster Vaccine was giving to me in England. I have 2 PCR SCANS
for Spain and 1 PCR SCAN for Booster
Do I need ANYTHING ELSE to board plane
Coming back home to Spain in Jan/Feb 2022

you will need the Spanish Locator Form from the following site:
Like going to the UK, you can only complete the form within 48 hours of travel.
The locator form and vaccination certificate are the items needed, plus of course your boarding pass.

As you are not coming back to Spain until Jan/Feb I would check out the Spanish Government website nearer the time, as things seems to be changing without much notice at the moment.
