We've had Albox on Line for quite few years, and can't fault them (although others might?), we pay for 'up to 25Mbps, and generally get 24+

As Puff says, AO probably offers the fastest speed in the area but depending on where you are or may be in the future I'd highly recommend going to over to fibre optic if available as much faster and usually a little more stable for similar monthly rates.
