Gerard Vazquez, he is the lawyer fighting for new land laws and knows all about illegal builds.
He has an office in parque commercial.
He fought our land grab case in the courts and won.
He is the best lawyer for buying and selling.

I've used Moya Marin Abogados for about 15 years now. They've always done a good job, sorting out land and property issues for me, getting my TIE card and various other things. They're helpful and speak English. The lawyers I know are Carmen, Francisco and Guillermo, they're siblings. I talked to Carmen recently and she told me they are opening a branch in Albox (the main office is in Almeria) because they are so often representing clients here. She also told me that they have an English-speaking website now where you can get legal advice. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

we just bought a property with amazing help from Maria Maroto from Mundo Abogados in Vera. She took care of everything and more. Up to water and electricity connections. I am a lawyer myself and found her excellent to work with.

It is worth a bit of travel to use Maria Morroto at Mundiabogados las Buganvillas in Vera.... She is so professional, we have used her many times and she is sorting out a new villa we are buying.... both she and Esther are the best....
