Morning all, those very nice people at HMRC have sent me a cheque for a tax rebate, it is a rather large four figure sum in pounds sterling.

I want to pay it into my Spanish bank account (Unicaja), has anyone done this before?

Is it possible and what issues can I expect, will take my TIE, Passport, etc. with me but having lived here five years I know there is bound to be issues.

Need some advice please, I have registered with my local Spanish health centre and had a medical there, the doctor has asked for my medical records to be sent to him.

When I leaving the UK last year I asked my local GP surgery for my medical records to take to Spain but was told they were not allowed to let them leave the UK.

Has anyone else encountered this and what is the process to obtaining MY records for MY new Spanish medical practice.

I find it hard to believe I am not allowed to share them with my new doctor.
