We came earlier in the yr and think it has beautiful beaches ect and it was very peaceful, we dont know things we need, like nearest Ikea and mercadona so will google it when we arrive I just think people who live here know so much that it take ages to find out, thank you if you can help with anything

If you go to San Juan there is a supermarket… but if you want a larger one like mercadona you have one in Vera opposite the water park (10/15min drive) large supermarket or there is a mercadona in Aguilas (15/20min drive) it’s on the left just as soon as you enter Aguilas so u don’t hv to traipse through town. In Pozo there is a beautiful restaurant on the front open in the day.. as you look to the ocean it’s to your left.. on the far left side of the promenade..

Murcia and there's a new one at Almeria although the latter is small apparently.

Not much at pozo del esparto you will need a car to do pretty much anything apart from walk to La Frontera.  I think there maybe a couple of bars in the village.

You might be able to organise an online shop from Mercadona but I stress the 'might'.  That is still very low key here.  There's no public transport.  Not sure if pozo has a panaderia but if it doesn't there's likely a bread van .

From pozo it's only a short walk to Mar de Pulpí which has a small Covirán supermarket and several restaurants/ cocktail bar & pizzeria. Plus the Chiringuito over the summer.
