Hi, looking for a property to rent 2-3 months in or around lubrin so we can get the feel of the village with a possibility of buying here and live full time, aug onwards this year , nick.

Hi Everyone! My husband and I are looking to relocate to Lubrin from the UK with our 2 children who are 6 and 10. Does anyone have any experience of moving with children? All advice is welcome. Obviously, we know this is a massive step but we are so eager to show our children a different way of life!

We have had to do some severe pruning to some of the trees in our garden. Is there a green recycling centre where we can take the greenery .or just somewhere we can take it.near Lubrin or Sorbas?

We are looking for plant an olive tree in our garden. Because young trees are slow growing , could anyone recommend where to buy a good sized tree, that's not too expensive.

Does anyone live in the Rambla Honda valley or know lots about this area? We have seen a property and wondering whether to fly over to take a look.

My main questions is how intensive is the  farming in the valley and does this also extends to animals? 

What is the dreaded fly situation in this area?

Would you recommend the area?

Looking to buy a car must be automatic in any area almeria wise . Must be four seats or 5 door hatchback just as a general run about to leave near airport please anyone got anything to sell or can direct us to local car dealerships not over 10 k 

Hi all. We are buying a property  near Lubrin that has quite a very large reception room and we are keen to buy old Spanish furniture to keep it looking authentic. We have seen shops that sell a lot of fairly modern or repro furniture but not sure that will look right. Any tips would be gratefully received.Many thanks.

Bought a car in Mojaca in September 2021.Registered in that area

Changed owner details to new address in Malaga, still waiting to pay car tax,thought that tax bill would be sent to new address and in my name,looks like tax bill still being sent to last car owner,who is no longer in Spain.I say again,why do they make it so difficult to pay bills here?
