I have seen posts about the fish market in Garrucha and after visiting I never saw any member of the public given an opportunity to buy. All purchases were by commercial buyers with remote handsets. I expected to see someone, perhaps outside selling fish.

Hi we have a PV ( Solar) system installed on our Villa and we need to we to register it with Juncta de Andalucia. It can be done electronically or by presenting ourselves in the Almeria office problem is we can’t understand the document and google translate is not hacking it!! Has anybody had to do this themselves?? Does anybody know somebody who will carry out the form filling electronically for a fee??
