Hello another question.A property we are looking at has these meters on a wall next door on a business property. I don't know why and how. We have been told these should always be on your own property IE our wall.

Could anyone advice about this please and if they had to be move costs and how?

Hello, I have a question about septic tank.

Looking to buy a property and it has a septic tank.

Being so used to have mains sewage how does it work etc. I know you have to get them emptied and cleaned.How many times a year on average? Costs? Who does this? And does it work and what else should we know.Sorry but never had on. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello all, moving to the area early January 23. Leaving many items behind including our King size wooden slatted bed frame.

Will need to find a replacement when we come. Any information on where to go to find one.

Also may be looking for dining table and chairs.

Hello everybody.
I have a rather big dog (Labrador mix) that is very friendly to people and other dogs. He likes to be outside, and I have a rather big garden, front and back of the house. When he is outside, he very seldom barks. At the back, there is a unhardened road, that stops behind my house. Now and then people walk there, and when they have a dog, mine barks, but that doesn't happen very often.
My house is in a hamlet, so no passing traffic.
So, now here is the problem. I have two neighbours, a Spanish family on one side, and an English couple to the other side. Last Saturday morning I was in town, and I got a WhatsApp message that my dog barked to much. At 11 in the morning mind you.! Guess from whom.... the Spanish family.
The English couple assured me that it was only minimal.
At night, the dog is always inside.
I don't want trouble with my neighbours, so I want to show them the a copy of the law about dogs, and ask to be a bit understanding.
 I've heard somewhere that you can not keep a dog from barking, unless in the night hours. (I believe from 10PM). Anybody has a link to that law?
Since I want to live in peace with my neighbours I would show them that law, and ask for a little understanding.
