Hi there ,
Can anybody tell me if it’s possible to apply for residency, I was living in Mallorca before Brexit so from 2017 , I have utility bills to prove this eg water electric. I didn’t work . Any answers greatly appreciated

Short answer - probably not. You would have needed to have made your application prior to the end of the transition period.
Despite having utility bills etc, if you didn’t have residencia, it’s too late now to make the application.
Unfortunately, I think if you wish to live here now, you’ll need an NLV, which can only be applied for from country of nationality or passport (cannot apply for an NLV whilst being in Spain - must be applied for from outside Spain)
