Thank you to Matthew and Jack for all your time and I do believe that not putting all my eggs in one basket is a very sound piece of advice.Inland with good transport links is a possibility. I also clicked on an unread message from someone and when I went to reply I could not see message anymore ,so please forgive me for not replying . Enjoy the sun everyone and stay safe.😎
