Hi our application went in December last year and we have been patiently waiting for the result. I have been checking the government website and it was showing 'being processed'. I am now getting a little concerned as for the last few days the site is saying it has no record matching my details. Has anyone had a similar issue. If so how did you resolve it? Thanks Karen

Hi
I got the same result no data when checking my father in law’s application.
Tried it again by bringing the application date back a day or so and hey presto it came up, ie instead of 19/11 I changed to 18/11.

Thanks for the info. I still can't get the website to work but my gestor managed it 🤔🤔 Think it's a bit random and the site is suffering from overuse 🤣🤣
