Digital signature in Vera

How and where can I get a digital signature and what paperwork do I need. I understand this signature can help find out about various things like fines and tax details etc-

Hi if you look at the CAB Spain site it gives you all the information you need to apply. You will need a national identity card or residents card, so logically it's in the 'chicken and egg' scenario if (like me) you are waiting for your residencia to be processed. How I love bureaucracy.

Hi,
I live in Garrucha and went to the Ayuntamiento. A very nice man put my details into the system and it was done in five minutes. Needed my passport, green card and Padron.
Presume it will be the same in Vera.
