Hi All.

We live in Antas, Almeria. Our solicitor has advised that we cannot get an appointment in Almeria or Murcia for our fingerprints for TIA ( which has been approved).

The nearest is Marbella. Has anyone had similar problems and how did you resolve it.

Thanks for any help or advice.

Contact  Emma Randall (look on facebook or web site) You should be able to get  TIE  in Almeria if a resident in Spain.

Would I be correct in believing you are using the same solicitor as for house purchase or similar?

If so this seems to be a recurring theme here - they are generally very very good within their field of expertise, but as soon as they try to dip into migration and residency, it all goes to cr*p.

You need someone who is a specialist in migration and residency, who knows you only have 30 days to register to obtain TIEs.

I agree with Lyn, try Emma Randall; or here in Vera Playa, Mundi Abogados who you will find also have an excellent reputation for assisting in residency applications.

Hi kimtim, did you get your appointment sorted out for your visa?

I can't get any response trying to get an appointment for mine.

Hi

We did eventually get appointment. Someone advised we try at 8am on a Monday and keep trying for about 20 minutes

Also 4pm most days some extra appointments occasionally get added ( or they are cancellations I don't know)

Keep trying I think it's best to say perseverance pays but those timings did work for us

Good luck
