Highly recommend Restaurante Pekin Ctra. de Garrucha a Vera, Avda. Maricielo,1 04620, Vera.
Run by a young family, the food is freshly cooked and good size servings, the restaurant (and toilets) are spotless,. The Menu del dia is only €7.50 and excellent value for money. They also do take aways.
Opening Hours 1130 - 1630 and 1830 - midnight.

Thanks for this🙂 Did you have to book? We're going to give it a go tomorrow, we were only wondering this morning where the nearest, good Chinese is from us!

No we didn't book. We turned up at 2:45pm and there were no other customers.
It's tough times for everyone right now and I think we should give support when they are obviously producing good food and service. I hope you enjoy it.
BTW, I had the crispy duck with pineapple and my husband had chicken with almonds. Both dishes were delicious.

Sounds like the local Chinese near where we used to live, we were quite often the only ones in there at lunchtime ..
